If you are not able to access the Download Pages and Upload Page links of the http://download.kenax.cz page, our guess is because these pages are located on our private company server. This is a personal computer continually hooked up to the internet and such private servers occasionally get blocked by certain internet providers. To circumnavigate this problem, so far the only solution we can offer is that you try another internet connection to access the pages (hook up to the internet through a different company - such as a different telephone number through your dial-up modem).

Our incoming emails first arrive on this server, from where the attached files/projects can be saved directly to the server and then downloaded by the translators through the Download Pages link mentioned above. This is our central server and virtual office. For certain cases we can send the attached files by email, if they are still up on the server. Otherwise they regularly get downloaded and saved offline, in which case it becomes increasingly problematic to send them to you. It would be best if you could find an internet connection which allows you access to the above pages. In the meantime, we will try to find another solution to this problem.
